Care Instructions
Avoid soaking the board in water. For cleaning, wash with a sponge using warm water and mild dish soap immediately after use and pat dry with a towel. Ensure the board is completely dry to prevent warping or cracking. Every 1-2 months, you may rub the board with food safe mineral oil or beeswax to keep it hydrated and prevent it from drying out or cracking.

It's a beautiful addition to my kitchen!
Great chopping board, love using it. Compared to the MadeIn cutting board that this one is replacing, I am hoping it holds up to daily use. I purchased the MadeIn board to get rid of plastic cutting boards and was disappointed that it cracked along seams within a year despite me babying it. So far the Notorious board appears to hold up to daily use. One remark about construction, and the reason for only four stars, there is obvious wood filler in quite a few spots and I am hoping that those spots do not deteriorate.
The cutting board is legit. Just like your style of cooking and your food. This board comes to play and doesn’t mess around. Good stuff.
